Colorful Contemporary Condo
A bright, bold transformation in the heart of San Francisco.
About the Project
This jewel box of a home in San Francisco’s Duboce Triangle proves that small spaces can still make a big statement. Working alongside the talented team at Regan Baker Design, we helped transform this compact condo into a vibrant, organized, and livable retreat—where color, craft, and clever design come together in unexpected ways.

Throughout the home, custom elements were designed to solve real-life space challenges. A built-in bench at the dining area anchors the space and adds hidden storage. The master bathroom vanity was crafted to match the home’s unique proportions and playful tone. A once-unused crawl space was transformed into a custom closet and dresser, finally giving the primary bedroom the storage it deserved. We’ll admit it—we’re not usually fans of spiral staircases. But in this case, it was the right choice for the space. Rather than disguise it, the design leaned in. Painted a joyful yellow, the sweeping spiral became a sculptural focal point in the center of the home.
